🍎 Sourdough Apple Butter Bombolini
Bombolini are Italian-style filled doughnuts – ours use our in-house sourdough starter, making them soft, fluffy and coated in sugar before being generously filled. This week, we’ve filled them with homemade apple butter, made by slowly cooking down apples with warming spices until thick, rich and caramelised. A proper little taste of autumn. 🍂
