Sourdough Rhubarb & Strawberry Bombolini
Bombolini are Italian-style filled doughnuts – soft, fluffy and coated in sugar before being generously filled. We've added our in-house sourdough to the dough for a soft, pillowy donut and once fried, we fill them with a vibrant rhubarb and strawberry compote, balancing sweet ripe berries with a gentle tartness for a fresh, summery finish.
